I enjoy working with young adults, adolescents, and children in a holistic manner, incorporating the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual to work toward healing and growth. Some goals we might work on includes processing trauma, navigating feelings of depression and anxiety, and strengthening secure attachments between children and caregivers. I work with those who want to break generational traumas and see lasting change in their lives.
