I'm a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privileges that has been working in the field for the past 7 years with experience in mental health counseling, case management, and intensive therapeutic services like crisis intervention. Through this practice, my main focus is mental health counseling and if crisis support is needed, I can help get you connected to local resources and navigate the system if need be. My approach is providing an unconditional space for my clients to be able to process, vent, work through life stressors, as well as serious mental health concerns.
