An ideal client for me is someone that takes the step towards getting help and puts in the time and effort for themselves. Therapy is all about learning, growing, and healing as a person, which can be scary and intimidating. I'm here to alleviate some of that pressure and get you to where you want to be mentally. We can take things one step at a time or dive in head first, whatever makes you most comfortable. Our first session will be getting to know each other and discussing your history and then we'll go from there! I am a very patient, understanding, and compassionate person, often being referred to as the "caregiver" of my friend and office groups. I'm here to listen without judgement and create a safe space for healing. I have worked directly with sex trafficking survivors, LGBTQIA+, and different racial/cultural backgrounds.
