Hi! I specialize in neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ individuals, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. I use a relational, gentle-yet direct approach, infused with Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) and Compassionate Inquiry. If you are neuro-spicy (this includes highly sensitive individuals/empaths, autistic folks, and ADHD) then you are my people! :) I am really good at being a safe space to show up imperfectly, and embrace your humanness. I also love spirituality, intentional plant medicine work, and making friends with the darkness that exists within all of us. I got my M.A. and Ed.M. degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. I've gained clinical experience with Internal Family Systems therapy, Trauma Informed Treatment, and served as a peer counselor for suicide prevention for over a year. I have now been practicing for over 3 years, and I am deeply grateful for how I get to be in service.
