Athletes are often taught to push through discomfort, manage pressure quietly, and prioritize performance above all else. Over time, this can take a toll on mental health, identity, and overall well-being. My work focuses on helping athletes feel supported as whole people — not just performers. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and former NCAA Division I swimmer with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I founded Athlete Aligned to provide mental health support tailored to athletes and high-achieving individuals navigating performance pressure, anxiety, and identity concerns.
