If you are feeling bad about yourself, your friends have noticed you are not always kind to yourself, or your self-consciousness is interfering with your life in a negative way then I can help. Negative self-talk, imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, and lack of self-confidence can interfere with how we show up in the world and ultimately hold us back from where we want to be. I enjoy working with teens and adults who are struggling to navigate these challenges, whether it's due to identity, body image, anxiety, grief or something else. This work is very important to me and it's an honor to hold space while you embark on this journey of growth and healing. I seek to create a non-judgmental, safe space to explore and work through life's challenges and stressors, using expressive arts and a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I work for a HAES and body liberation stance.
