I work with people who are exhausted, stuck, or overwhelmed in ways that don't resolve with positive thinking. Many people come to therapy feeling numb, angry, hopeless, or unsure whether therapy will even help-and that's a valid place to start. Therapy with me is practical, honest, and collaborative. We focus on understanding what's actually going on beneath the surface and finding ways to make life more tolerable and meaningful over time, not overnight. You don't need to be optimistic, motivated, or "ready" to begin-just willing to show up.
