Over the years, I have walked alongside clients navigating some of life’s most vulnerable moments—whether it be the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy and postpartum, the complex challenges of eating disorders, the turbulence of teenage years, or the evolving dynamics of relationships. I recognize that each of these experiences carries its own weight. Pregnancy and postpartum can bring both joy and overwhelming change, often paired with anxiety, identity shifts, or feelings of isolation. Eating disorders, while deeply personal, often develop from broader struggles with self-worth, control, and coping. Teenagers face their own unique hurdles as they discover who they are, and relationships—whether between partners, families, or friends—require intentional care to remain healthy and resilient.
