I work with teens and adults who are feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma. Many of my clients are also navigating big life transitions and want a safe space to sort through the stress and uncertainty. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, and I bring in humor when it helps lighten the load. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, drawing on your resilience, and creating space for real growth and healing. I often utilize a mix of approaches and modalities, combined with radical genuineness and compassion, to help clients feel truly seen and heard. Creating comfort and safety in sessions is a top priority, allowing clients to explore and heal at their own pace.
