Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I support women who want to build their self-esteem, heal from inner child wounds, and past traumas. I help my client's break free from the limitations imposed on them by their own past or the pain of their early experiences. I am passionate about working with women who are eager to start their healing journey, dealing with self-esteem challenges, and feeling like their past experiences or traumas are keeping them stuck in unfulfilling cycles.
