I am deeply passionate about supporting children as they navigate big emotions and complex behaviors. I believe there is nothing "wrong" with how a child reacts to their world; every behavior is a form of communication. My goal is to help young clients understand and accept their feelings while building the independent, adaptive coping skills they need to thrive. Together, we turn emotional understanding into lasting confidence for both the child and their family. By integrating CBT and ACT, I provide a space where they can express complex feelings and learn adaptive coping skills.
