Hi, I’m Meika — a trauma-informed therapist and Brainspotting specialist. If life feels heavy, overwhelming, or hard to navigate right now, you’re not alone. I specialize in Brainspotting, a brain-body-based therapy that supports your nervous system in processing and releasing what’s been stored beneath the surface. Many clients describe it as finally being able to move forward. I bring a holistic lens to therapy, supported by three Master's degrees—in Counseling Psychology, Spiritual Psychology, and Early Childhood Special Education. This unique blend allows me to address the emotional, spiritual, and developmental layers of healing.
