I am a skilled clinical psychologist who can help you explore your interior self. I hope to assist you to increase awareness, improve relationships and learn healthier coping skills. Talking through and processing problems - and understanding the roots of recurring issues - can lead to a fuller, richer life. Depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues can inhibit people from reaching personal and professional possibilities. I will engage with you to explore emotions and reactions, and provide an objective, neutral and supportive environment for you to understand who you are. I specialize in adults with anxiety, depression and trauma. My training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, EMDR, neuroscience, psychodynamic therapy and development enables me to understand a client's mental world and help them chart a course for better living. I can also assist with integration from psychedelic experiences.
