Greetings! I am accepting new clients. I provide a compassionate environment to Teenagers, and Adults needing support with whatever life throws at them. If you are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, stress, self-esteem issues, anger, codependency, grief and loss, and life changes, I would love to help. I have over two years of counseling experience in community mental health, working with victims and offenders of domestic violence, those transitioning out of prison and individuals experiencing substance abuse. You will find that I am easy to talk to, warm and friendly. I provide an empathetic, supportive, nurturing, judgment free and engaging space for you to process, learn new coping skills and make changes. I enjoy helping my clients find a purpose for life and a life worth living.
