I hold therapy as a human relationship rooted in care, respect, and remembering our freedom. I work especially well with queer and gender-expansive people, those with creative or spiritual practices, and those with significant trauma in their personal or collective lineages. Together, we will gently explore painful and stuck places so that we can invite understanding, compassion, and new possibilities. We will look critically at systems of oppression and their impact on you, and will tend to the grief, shame, critical voices, and unmet needs that often underlie self-harming and self-neglecting behaviors and relationship conflicts.
