I am a bilingual (English - Spanish) therapist, EMDR training and Certified Anger Management Specialist. I’ve had experience with different mental health illnesses including, Anxiety, Depression, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My passion is to help people through transitions in life. I aim to be an unbiased guide that helps my clients and advocates for them in their journey towards self-actualization. My experience is helping individuals with relationships and family issues and I had helped teens in crisis reconcile with their families. I will enjoy the opportunity to get to know you and be added to your support system.
