Based on research, training, experience and a lifelong mission to help others, I have spent the last 25+ years supporting others, especially trauma and abuse victims, on their healing journeys. I focus on strengths, potential and capacity, while facilitating an individual healing process. Patients often tell me, "I don't like therapy, but I like working with you!" I enjoy the opportunity to support parents in understanding and responding to your children's emotional and behavioral needs.
