Understanding ourselves, who we are, how we were raised, why we struggle with the issues we struggle with, how we can change the things we want to, how to improve relationships and be more content with life - these are some of the thoughts and questions most people wrestle with as adults. It has been my privilege for 25+ years to journey with individuals and couples as they ask these vulnerable questions in the therapeutic setting. I am grateful to work with those that take the courageous step of coming to therapy, desiring to work through difficult and painful memories and experiences to move towards greater personal freedom. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals and couples. My experience includes working with clients who present with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, attachment struggles, and concerns with spirituality.
