I specialize in working with adult trauma survivors and have substantial experience with depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders and personality disorders. I view therapy as a process through which we can gain insight and develop skills that allow us to live the life we envision for ourselves. I strongly believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to clients' unique circumstances, identities, strengths, and challenges. I also offer psychological assessments that help provide clarity regarding diagnoses and identify potential tools and resources to help clients live in alignment with their values and goals.
