Many of us struggle to make decisions or build deeper relationships because we learned early on to prioritize others’ needs over our own. While this was adaptive, it can lead to disappointment and resentment. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in these cycles and want to create more fulfilling patterns. Since lasting change takes intention and reflection our work will focus on identifying your relational patterns—how they support you, and how they also get in the way. I also specialize in supporting clients who are navigating chronic medical conditions—either personally or within their families - with compassion.
