I am passionate about working with people who are ready to be free of the false beliefs about who they are and to connect with the love and wisdom and light that lives within. As we learn to break the identification with what we are not, we access freedom. As part of this journey, I believe humor is critically important. Taking ourselves and life a little less seriously supports letting go. My first published book, Stress Free in 30 Seconds is subtitled "A Slightly Irreverent Approach to Navigating Life's Challenges" and that, I believe, is what it's all about.
