I am EMDR Certified, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I earned my MA degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have over 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages and various issues. I have experience with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, phobias, marital issues, etc. I also have over 16 years of experience working with teen youth groups. Previously, I gained experience in the TV and Music industries. In my free time, I love wilderness backpacking, playing music, and being with my husband and dogs.
