With extensive experience working in residential and partial hospitalization treatment centers, I specialize in treating eating disorders (i.e., Anorexia, Bulimia, Orthorexia) and support clients struggling with body image distress, anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, and family and relationship issues. For trauma work, I use Cognitive Process Therapy (CPT), a structured approach that helps clients reframe unhelpful beliefs stemming from traumatic experiences.
