My focus is to assist clients in learning how to respond to challenging life events, build self-worth, improve communication, and manage emotions safely. I have had the privilege of providing therapy services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families for the past ten years. I have worked with diverse populations in multiple levels of treatment including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, group therapy, and outpatient therapy.
