Accepting new clients as of 2/10/26- I work with people who want to manage emotions that feel overwhelming and hard to tolerate, those who struggle with finding, forming and managing relationships, and with those who want to develop communication skills. I also work with those who wish to explore and develop different aspects of identity, and to cope with distressing life events or trauma. My hope is to empower people with the relevant tools, skills, resources, and knowledge that they can then practice and use long after our work together is done.
