I work with adults 18 and older who are navigating life changes, facing challenges with OCD, depression, anxiety, or dealing with the effects of trauma and PTSD. These experiences can feel overwhelming and lonely, especially when those around you don’t fully understand what you’re going through. Many of the people I work with come to therapy looking for a safe, supportive space—somewhere they can talk openly without judgment. Together, we work to make sense of what they’re feeling, build helpful tools, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and peace.
