I provide a calm, safe and supportive space for my clients to open up and process their thoughts and feelings. I will support you on your journey as well as gently challenge your belief systems. My approach to therapy is client centered and strengths based, as well as combining Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Psychoeducation techniques.
