I am an Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of IL. I have over 30 years of clinical experience in depression/anxiety, grief, ADHD, substance misuse and life transitions. Additionally, I'm a Certified Happiness Life Coach, Certified Holistic Cannabis Practitioner and have spent the last 6 years working as a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist. I am a strong advocate for a mind/body approach and strive to help patients better understand how their unique mind/body connection operates. My approach is friendly and educational.
