Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve never done it before. I’m here to walk with you through life’s changes with warmth, honesty, and practical support. I also help you manage anxiety, burnout, negative thoughts, and grief, and support you as you get clearer about who you are and what you want. I use practical, evidence-based methods to help you manage anxiety, reduce burnout, and shift unhelpful thinking patterns.
