Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University. Prior to earning a Master’s degree, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an Associate’s Degree in Criminology. In addition, she became a MD Board Certified Supervisor in 2007. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor-S, Melanie has a unique clinical background. She began her career working with children and families as a School Based Therapist. She then transitioned to Corrections for the last 15 years.
