I know from both personal experience and professional training that life doesn’t always go as planned. With over 20 years of real-life experience as a partner, a parent, a professional, and simply a human I bring more than clinical knowledge to my work. I bring empathy, perspective, and a deep understanding of what it means to go through tough seasons and still choose to grow. I work with seasoned adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and the often unspoken challenges that come with life transitions, divorce, retirement, menopause, financial stress, or even just the feeling of being stuck or unseen.
