There was a time when I looked fine on the outside but was falling apart on the inside. I smiled, showed up, handled my responsibilities but under all that strength was silence, anger, and exhaustion. And that’s what I help people work through now. I’m Melanie, a licensed therapist who helps people untangle the emotions they’ve learned to hide - the ones that show up as anger, overthinking, disconnection, or just feeling stuck. My clients are the ones who keep pushing through even when it’s heavy. The ones who’ve outgrown “holding it in” but don’t quite know how to let it out.
