Since 2013, it has been my honor to walk alongside people on their journey to finding healing and peace. I truly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and it is my goal to create a warm and compassionate space from the very first session. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents facing trauma and anxiety-related concerns, as well as co-occurring issues such as addiction, chronic pain, and mood-related challenges. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families, and I am committed to providing an affirming space for all. I have post-degree training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), CBT, DBT and I am also a Somatic Experiencing Professional in training. I believe that working with the body is the key to healing.
