As we experience new challenges and periods of transition, it’s not uncommon to need help and support to work through issues and find clarity. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can share your history, struggles and symptoms and learn new techniques and strategies to cope and create a more fulfilling, balanced life and strong, positive relationships. In our first session you can expect to me to ask questions to learn how you are feeling, and begin to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship.
