About
I work as a team with my clients to help them recognize their potential and realistically help them make changes in their life. I start where the client is but look at their family history to get an idea of their foundation. My clients often are stuck, depressed and/or anxious so I come up with a treatment plan that meets their abilities. I treat adults (18 and up) and have a background in domestic violence and often help victims in emotional and physical abuse cases. I also help people learn anger management techniques to control their tempers. I teach a variety of tools to help clients have control over their actions.
