I use compassion and curiosity to truly get to know each and every person who walks into my office. Through an IFS lens, I’m able to help individuals with a wide array of struggles and concerns. Some include, depression, anxiety, postpartum issues, family therapy, as well as being extremely passionate about women’s rights and LGBTQ+ community.
