About
The journey into therapy often begins with a quiet ache—a sense that something within you is ready to be heard. As a psychotherapist, I aim to help you listen deeply to that voice, to the pain that underlies it, and to the potential waiting within it. My approach is grounded in contemporary psychoanalytic thought and mindfulness practice, offering a space where the emotional, relational, and symbolic layers of your experience are welcomed. We’ll explore not just your words, but also the unspoken truths that may show up as tension, silence, or emotional overwhelm—what isn’t said, but still needs to be known. I provide individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, identity exploration, grief, substance use, and trauma in its many forms—including relational trauma, sexual assault, and the enduring wounds of social oppression. I don’t view symptoms as flaws, but as meaningful signals of what your psyche is trying to express.
