I hold a Master's in Counseling with a specialization in Addiction, and I am committed to helping individuals achieve personal development and transformation. Feeling lost is part of being human, but you don't have to navigate it alone. My passion is empowering people to uncover their strengths and create a path true to them. My approach, rooted in warmth and compassion, is guided by a belief in your ability to heal and grow. I see each person as more than their struggles and am here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your strength and move toward the life you deserve. Healing is possible when you feel seen, heard, and supported. With extensive experience in diverse settings and collaboration with mental health and substance use experts, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, all through a trauma-informed lens. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering meaningful, lasting change.
