In my view, therapy is like taking that first step in the darkness to find the keys to unlock the door that leads inside to a brighter, happier version of yourself. I am here to help you find that key, listen, understand, and walk side-by-side with you, holding your hand in this journey, while providing professional tools and proven strategies to find your own path. Along the way, I focus on teaching skills to help people become their own therapist afterwords, to heal themselves, when they are ready. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone and offer a Sliding Scale, with sessions ranging from $0-$165.
