Hi, I’m Melanie. Do you feel tired all the time, burned out, and detached from your loved ones? Are you constantly nervous or worried? Have you experienced a trauma that just keeps on replaying in your mind or in your dreams? I help people manage depression, anxiety, sleep, and/or work through trauma. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to feeling like yourself again. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
