About

I am a clinical psychologist and owner of Viewpoint Psychology and Wellness. I have had extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide services in individual, group, family, couples therapy and supervision for other psychologists. My specialties include working with anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, perfectionism, depression and mood disorders, relationship issues, self esteem issues, and first responders. I believe that our problems develop from and continue as a result of self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. I work with the client to identify unhealthy thinking and behavior patterns that could contribute to the problem. I then teach the client effective strategies to develop healthy thinking and behavior patterns.
