I’m Melanie Sullivan, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Pacemaker Counseling. For more than a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings including public school system, child protective services, and early education. In 2023, I began working as a mental health therapist, and through this deeper, more personal work, I felt inspired to create a space where more people could access meaningful individualized support.
