I invite you to come as you are; I offer a safe, welcoming space for you to share all you may be carrying. I am here to listen and support you in finding and traveling the path forward to growth and thriving. With clients from many walks of life, I use a humanistic, attachment- and trauma-informed approach that targets difficulties in our relationships with ourselves and others. You and I will collaborate on meaningful goals, and our work together will use insights and techniques from traditions that dive beneath symptoms and address the root causes of suffering.
