I am an EMDR certified counselor who specializes in working with individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem. No one should feel they must “push through” irritability, fatigue, distractibility, sadness, anxiousness, shame, or difficulty staying present in daily life. Therapy offers the insight and support needed not only to heal, but to truly thrive long term. I believe that when given the opportunity, we all have the capacity to heal—and therapy can provide the structure and guidance to make that possible.
