I believe that every client has the capacity and internal strength to change and grow. My role as a therapist is to be a partner as well as a guide in my client's journey. My goal is to help my clients identify and remove obstacles that are keeping them from living the lives they deserve. Therapy does not need be mysterious or intimidating. l work in a straight-forward, open, and honest way with my clients to empower and support them in their own unique process of healing.
