You may be feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem, and unsure how to move forward. Maybe your child is struggling with friendships, school stress, or big emotions. Perhaps you and your partner feel disconnected, or your family is finding it hard to communicate. You may want relief from stress, stronger coping skills, or healthier relationships. Whatever your goals, you want a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and supported while you process emotions, explore patterns, and move toward healing. Together, we can focus on what matters most to you and create meaningful change at your pace. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and self-compassion therapy, as well as art and play therapy to help children and adults process emotions in creative ways. When helpful, I also integrate spiritual or faith perspectives. Together, we’ll explore challenges at your pace, building insight, resilience, and meaningful strategies for growth.
