I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with couples, teens, college age and adults, since obtaining my MSW from Fordham University. I specialize in treating generalized anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, parenting and self-esteem issues. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in both NY and NJ, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy approaches.
