Hi! I am so glad that you're taking the steps to find a therapist. I am here, ready to help you meet your mental health needs and goals. I believe that we all deserve the right to live a healthy, productive and happy life. Counseling is an avenue to reaching that life. I am an experienced counselor that believes in working collaboratively, in a calm and supportive environment. Together, we will identify goals and work to meet them in ways that feel safe and comfortable for you. I have experience working with SPMI (severe and persistent mental illness), ADHD, anxiety, depression, gender identity, grief, LGBTQ+ and trauma.
