Hey, I’m really glad you’re here. I work with women who are tired of feeling anxious, stuck in their heads, or caught in the same patterns that never seem to change. Life can get heavy — whether it’s stress from work, family, or just trying to keep it all together — and sometimes it takes having a space that’s really yours to start feeling like yourself again. I work best with people who are ready to dig in, even if they’re not totally sure where to start. Therapy with me is about progress, not perfection.
