RI & MA I am experienced in working with survivors of physical and sexual abuse trauma, family systems and relationships, and behavioral change with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I currently work with teens, young adults and adults that are facing life stressors and experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression. I am well experienced with those diagnosed as being on the Spectrum and ADHD. My practice is helpful for those looking to create change in their life or to really start talking about and processing the past. My clientele come with areas of need focused on being heard, believed and put first in their self-care goals.
